Campus Information


Our campus was constructed in 1952. It has been enlarged and updated several times since construction. Our most recent renovation / construction project was completed August 2006.
San Jacinto was the first Midland Independent School District campus to adopt a uniform as standard attire for students. We have spirit day every Friday; students may wear spirit shirts with S.J. MUSTANG or M.H.S. BULLDOG logos instead of the white or green shirt in our usual uniform. San Jacinto has three, 30 station, computer labs that are equipped for internet access. These labs are also equipped with a variety of software packages for student use.

San Jacinto Library
The San Jacinto library staff welcomes students, parents and faculty to use our library. The San Jacinto Library hours are, on school days, Monday-Friday 8:00 A.M.-4:15 P.M. Students may check out two books at a time for a two week period; books may be rechecked once. Encyclopedias and reference books may be checked out for overnight use only. Fines are ten cents per book per day.
