The Board of Trustees, administration, teachers, and staff members of Midland ISD look forward to welcoming new and returning students for the 2013-2014 school year. We anticipate a year filled with academic and extracurricular growth and success for each student.
Returning MISD students do not need to re-enroll. Families new to the district may register at campuses (excluding Carver Center, Bowie Fine Arts Academy, Pease Communication & Technology Academy, Washington Math & Science Institute, and Early College High School at Midland College). *Coleman High School (alternative high school) is currently accepting applications and conducting interviews.
Parents enrolling students should take their child’s 1) Birth Certificate, 2) Social Security Card, 3) Current Shot Record, 4) Proof of Address, and 5) Former School Records (if applicable) to their respective campuses or to Central Office, 615 W. Missouri Ave., in order to enroll.
Parents should contact their child’s school for campus-related questions. If parents are unsure which campus their child will attend, they can visit www.midlandisd.net, and click “Attendance Zone Search” in the “Quicklinks” menu, where they may enter their address. They may also call the MISD Office of Student Services at 689-1081.
