I teach social studies at CHS.
I am certified to teach all 8 - 12th grade social studies, but this year at Coleman I am teaching world geography, world history and U.S. History.
For the students preparing for the new STAAR tests we begin each class with a special overview lesson to help students tie all social studies aspects together. By this I mean how maps and charts work with historical knowledge of world and U.S. history.
