Focus teams have also been developed using the TAT report.  Initial focus groups were developed by teachers self-volunteering.  From volunteers, team chairpersons were selected.

Summer 2009- Administrators, Counselors and Departmental Chairpersons participated in the SREB Summer Leadership Institute.
