Midland Senior High School

 

The MHS Campus Educational Improvement Committee (CEIC) will be an integral part of decision making at Midland High School. CEIC’s have advisory capacity, as sanctioned by state law (TEC11.251) and board policy, to deal with the following topics as they relate to this campus.

1.       Budgeting

2.       Planning

3.       Curriculum

4.       Staffing Patterns

5.       School Organization

6.       Staff Development

 

School discipline will be an agenda item at each meeting as it relates to staffing patterns, planning and school organization.  Those wishing to discuss such items must notify the Principal in writing at least two days prior to the date of the meeting in order to get it on the agenda.  Individual discipline will not be put on the agenda, nor will items pertaining to specific students or incidents.

All faculty members are openly invited to attend all CEIC meetings.
