We have many opportunities for students, parents, staff, and community to get involved in our school.
Top Tiger
On the last day of each six week, students who have performed well in their behavior and responsibilities are rewarded by attending a Top Tiger event. These events vary from games to bubbles or kite flying and even visits from local celebrities.
Academic Celebrations
Every six weeks, students will have an academic celebration. Kindergarten through third grade will have an assembly from 9:00-10:00a.m. and grades four through six will celebrate from 2:00-3:00p.m. Students will be recognized for A honor roll, A-B honor roll, character traits, perfect attendance, Kool Cats, and Tiger Pride. All parents are invited to attend. Celebrations will be posted on the monthly calendar on the home page.
Donuts with Dad and Muffins with Mom
Bonham encourages parent involvement for the success of our students. Donuts with Dad in on December 3, 2008 from 7:00 a.m. until 8:00 a.m. Muffins with Mom will be announced at a later date.
One Great Day of Reading
Every year Bonham Staff and students take time from their regular schedule to sit, relax and enjoy words read to them from the pages of great children's books. Guests are invited to come to their class and spend about 30 minutes reading their favorite children's author or story. to make the setting complete, students and staff dress up in their favorite story book characters.
Red Ribbon Week
Red Ribbon Week is scheduled for October 27 through October 31, 2008. Students will bring home a schedule of the events for each day.
Math Night
Students and parents are given the opportunity to participate in a funfilled night of math activities. Prizes of decks of cards and groceries can be won by estimating the correct amount or weight of items. Our Math Night is scheduled for Tuesday October 14, 2008 at 6:45 p.m.

Texas Day
Cloggers, ropers, quilters, authors, and yes, even bag-pipers walk Bonham's hall on this day. The day starts off with an outdoor assembly and then classes rotate to different areas to enjoy the above, plus more, throughout the day. Please make plans to join us for this wonderful day of learning on May 8, 2009.
Tippy Top Tiger
Students who have been a Top Tiger at least five out of six times are rewarded with a special day which will be held on May 26, 2009. It will be the best day ever!
